About the role
The Account Associate manages accounting tasks including financial reporting, reconciliation, and audit support. They ensure compliance with accounting principles and timely financial operations.
What you’ll do
• Ensure timely payment of statutory remittances. • Investigate and resolve audit findings and discrepancies. • Prepare financial status and transaction reports. • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and ledger accounts. • Verify and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with QuickBooks accounting software. • BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field. • Minimum 3 years accounting experience. • Knowledge of GAAP and tax laws. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
