About the role
Partner with enterprise customers to build and deploy conversational agents on ElevenLabs Agents Platform. Guide customers on agent design, integrations, and voice customization to deliver business outcomes and drive revenue growth.
What you’ll do
• Advise on agent design, personas, and conversation flows. • Guide deployment and scaling of agents across platforms. • Analyze performance data to optimize user experience. • Own expansion outcomes across enterprise accounts. • Drive cross-sell and partner with Sales and Engineering.
What you’ll bring
• 5-7 years in Customer Success or Account Management in Japan. • Experience with AI agents and API integrations. • Proven revenue quota ownership and cross-sell success. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and understanding of Japan market.
