About the role
Drive farmer success by managing accounts and expanding revenue in the West Coast region. Support onboarding, training, and build strong farmer relationships to pioneer sustainable farming.
What you’ll do
• Own retention, renewals, and expansion targets. • Support onboarding and training of Halter system. • Build genuine relationships with farmers and teams. • Act as customer advocate to product teams. • Lead local discussion groups and build networks.
What you’ll bring
• 3-5 years in relationship or account management. • Experience in dairy or agriculture sector preferred. • Strong business acumen. • Positive attitude and team player. • Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environment.
