About the role
Serve as primary liaison for key clients, nurturing long-term partnerships and expanding services. Use consultative approach to exceed client expectations.
What you’ll do
• Act as main contact for assigned clients. • Develop detailed account and project plans. • Engage with stakeholders from procurement to C-suite. • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews onsite and in person. • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce).
What you’ll bring
• High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s preferred. • 3+ years in strategic Account Management. • Experience with senior-level stakeholders including C-suite. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
