About the role
Manage and expand relationships with mid-market customers to drive retention and growth. Collaborate across teams to enhance customer experience and sales strategy.
What you’ll do
• Build and nurture relationships with 150+ mid-market customers. • Develop multi-threaded relationships with decision makers. • Drive retention, adoption, expansion, and growth. • Lead Executive Business Reviews to identify growth opportunities. • Collaborate with product, support, and marketing teams.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years new business sales or account management experience. • Ability to anticipate customer needs and identify growth. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Familiarity with sales tools and metrics.
