About the role
Manage supplier invoices, process payments, reconcile vendor accounts, and ensure timely financial settlements.
What you’ll do
• Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices. • Ensure invoices supported by purchase orders and delivery notes. • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. • Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely settlements. • Maintain accurate accounts payable records and monitor balances.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 2-3 years experience in accounts payable or similar role. • Knowledge of accounting principles and invoice processing. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. • Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
