About the role
Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of receivables. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer transactions.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and statements. • Ensure compliance with credit policies and documentation. • Record and allocate customer payments accurately. • Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on payments.
What you’ll bring
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. • 2–3 years experience in accounts receivable or similar role. • B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance or related field. • Strong numerical, analytical, communication and negotiation skills. • High integrity, accuracy and attention to detail.
