About the role
The Accountant supports finance and accounting functions including regulatory compliance, inventory management, and month-end closing. The role ensures accurate financial records and effective inventory controls.
What you’ll do
• Compute landed cost including procurement and logistics expenses. • Monitor insurance tracker and ensure policy renewals. • Review weekly payment schedules for tax accuracy. • Participate in tax audits and external audits. • Manage inventory counts and reconcile general ledgers.
What you’ll bring
• HND or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. • 3+ years experience in similar role. • Professional certifications preferred (ACA, ACCA, CFA). • Strong income statement and balance sheet analysis skills. • Proficient in Excel and accounting systems, preferably Odoo.
