What you’ll do
• Guide customers through accounting onboarding journey. • Configure Cloudbeds environment for customer business processes. • Support integration with third-party accounting software. • Troubleshoot accounting discrepancies and sync issues. • Contribute to onboarding documentation and guides.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years hotel accounting experience. • Understanding of accounting fundamentals. • Experience with PMS-to-accounting integrations. • Tech-savvy with SaaS platforms. • Fluent in Thai and English.
