About the role
Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense operations. Lead automation of invoice ingestion process using Coupa Invoice Smash.
What you’ll do
• Lead rollout and optimization of Coupa Invoice Smash. • Evaluate and improve process and system infrastructure. • Manage weekly payment runs and vendor onboarding. • Support month-end close and account reconciliations. • Lead SOP documentation and cross-functional training.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Experience with Coupa and NetSuite ERP preferred. • 5+ years accounts payable experience. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • High standards for quality and accuracy.
