About the role
Responsible for accurate and timely processing of supplier, subcontractor, and employee transactions. Maintains accounts payable ledger, prepares weekly payments, supports month-end close, and resolves invoice issues.
What you’ll do
• Process and code invoices accurately. • Prepare weekly payment runs and monitor approvals. • Maintain supplier records and respond to queries. • Reconcile accounts payable and support month-end close. • Follow controls and recommend process improvements.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years experience in Accounts Payable. • Manage end-to-end AP process. • Invoice verification and reconciliation skills. • Coordinate with vendors on discrepancies. • Knowledge of GST and invoice processing.
