About the role
Manage overdue customer accounts through phone and email to secure payments and reduce debt. Collaborate with finance team and prepare month-end credit insurance reports.

• Contact customers with overdue accounts by phone and email. • Collaborate with client's finance team on account handovers. • Coordinate internal dispute resolution. • Reconcile customer ledgers and allocate payments. • Prepare month-end credit insurance reports.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years in accounts receivable or credit control. • Strong collections and negotiation skills. • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. • Excellent spoken and written English. • Bachelor's degree preferred.
