About the role
Manage all receivables and simulcast settlement activities ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Manage A/R function and simulcast settlements. • Maintain accounts receivable subledger in SAP. • Communicate with simulcast settlement agents. • Prepare monthly revenue and A/R journal entries. • Conduct bad debt review and prepare audit documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 10 years receivables experience. • Experience in equine industry or horse racing terminology. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to collaborate with employees and vendors. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
