About the role
Support the order-to-cash process by processing and reviewing sales orders for accuracy before billing. Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and aligned with company policies.
What you’ll do
• Process and review sales orders for accuracy and completeness. • Confirm customer account status and payment history. • Validate purchase orders, contracts, and approvals. • Coordinate with teams to resolve order issues promptly. • Support month-end close and billing accuracy.
