About the role
Lead a 6-month contract to drive Joint Commission Behavioral Health Care accreditation readiness. Manage cross-functional teams and project plans to ensure compliance and survey preparedness.
What you’ll do
• Refine and drive TJC accreditation project work plan. • Identify gaps and implement risk mitigation strategies. • Partner with workstream leads on TJC standards. • Organize mock audits and readiness drills. • Provide executive updates on progress and risks.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years healthcare project management or consulting. • Experience leading regulatory or accreditation initiatives. • Strong strategic and project management skills. • Excellent communication and executive summary skills. • Highly organized self-starter in dynamic environments.
