About the role
Provide structure, coordination and operational oversight across a fast-paced premium service environment. Organise people and processes to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
What you’ll do
• Monitor compliance with operational procedures and service standards. • Coordinate between departments and ensure timely follow-through. • Ensure teams, schedules, facilities and vendors are coordinated. • Supervise administrative personnel and external service providers. • Develop and implement SOPs and administrative systems.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years experience in administration or operations. • Experience developing SOPs and structuring growing businesses. • Experience in aviation, hospitality or luxury services is an advantage. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Hands-on, resourceful and able to lead and coordinate teams.
