About the role
Develop and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and factory layouts. Collaborate with teams to prepare products and processes for production.
What you’ll do
• Design manufacturing processes, equipment, fixtures, and layouts. • Partner with Design Engineering and NPI teams to address risks. • Support prototype and validation builds. • Own manufacturing engineering projects and communicate progress. • Apply problem-solving and root cause analysis to issues.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience. • 5+ years in manufacturing, NPI, process, or automation engineering. • Knowledge of DFM and DFA principles. • Proficiency with CAD tools like SolidWorks or Creo. • Experience with DOE, GR&R, SPC, and process capability analysis.
