About the role
Provide expert support for payment issues including chargebacks, payouts, disputes, and reconciliation. Help hoteliers with payments onboarding and act as a product advocate to improve payment solutions.
What you’ll do
• Serve as advanced contact for CB Pay issues. • Support hoteliers through payments onboarding. • Investigate and resolve complex payment issues. • Feed payment insights back to Product and Engineering. • Educate customers on payments best practices.
What you’ll bring
• Hospitality operations experience. • Experience in payments or fintech. • Comfortable with numbers and reporting. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills.
