• Identify and attract new affiliates like KOLs and influencers. • Build and maintain strong partner relationships. • Analyze affiliate performance data to scale partnerships. • Monitor market trends and competitor activity. • Collaborate with product team to optimize offerings.
What you’ll bring
• Fluent English and Ukrainian. • Experience in affiliate or BD roles in crypto industry. • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. • Goal-oriented with track record of exceeding targets. • Understanding of CIS crypto market dynamics and regulations.
