About the role
Manage customer complaints, after-sales service, warranty management, and service coordination for HVAC equipment. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
What you’ll do
• Manage customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations. • Prepare customer service reports. • Maintain records of complaints and warranty claims. • Coordinate after-sales services and repairs. • Liaise with technical teams to resolve issues.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in HVAC or technical equipment industries. • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration or Engineering. • Knowledge of warranty management and complaint resolution. • 2–4 years relevant customer service experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
