About the role
Serve as first contact for customers needing product support and warranty services. Handle inquiries, assess faults, and coordinate repairs or replacements.
What you’ll do
• Conduct preliminary product fault assessments. • Support telephone-based after-sales inquiries. • Provide professional customer service. • Follow up on customer concerns. • Record complaints and product fault info in CRM.
What you’ll bring
• Proactive in resolving customer complaints. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Practical repair skills an advantage. • Willingness to relocate as required. • Basic computer and data entry skills.
Life at Linkway Electronics
Employees may work public holidays with allowance. One rest day per week on rotation. Working hours 9am to 9pm, possible extension to 10pm.
