About the role
Lead the agency’s enterprise compliance program including governance, investigations, monitoring, and training. Supervise staff and advise the Chief Compliance Officer on compliance risks and program improvements.
What you’ll do
• Lead enterprise compliance program and staff management. • Develop and maintain compliance policies and controls. • Oversee compliance reporting, investigations, and corrective actions. • Coordinate risk-based compliance monitoring and audit follow-up. • Direct compliance training and program evaluation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years compliance or related experience. • 2 years supervisory or program lead experience. • Knowledge of healthcare and Medicaid compliance. • Skilled in leadership, communication, and risk management. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and foster accountability.
