About the role
The AI & Automation Analyst maps business processes and builds AI-driven automations to improve efficiency. They work closely with teams to redesign workflows and implement AI tools.
What you’ll do
• Run process discovery and map workflows. • Create and maintain the A2 harness for team operations. • Redesign processes integrating AI from the start. • Build Skills, connectors, and automations. • Estimate impact and prioritize automation workflows.
