About the role
Operationalize AI standards across Patient Services engineering and prove SDLC transformation in metrics. Drive adoption of AI tooling and governance to ensure safe, compliant AI use.
What you’ll do
• Roll out AI development tooling across teams. • Train and onboard Dev, QA, and BA staff. • Maintain AI best-practice wiki and training materials. • Conduct HIPAA/PHI compliance reviews. • Define and track AI adoption KPIs and report to leadership.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in technical analyst or similar role. • Strong data analysis and dashboarding skills. • Excellent technical writing and documentation ability. • Experience with AI tooling ecosystems. • Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, or similar compliance.
