About the role
Manage daily operations of short-let apartments on Airbnb and other platforms. Ensure guest satisfaction and property maintenance.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate guest check-in and check-out. • Safeguard company property and equipment. • Monitor bookings, revenue, and expenses. • Handle guest complaints and service issues. • Supervise cleaning and maintenance staff.
What you’ll bring
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and booking tools. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Experience in Airbnb or property management preferred. • HND or Bachelor's in related field or relevant experience. • Willing to stay in provided accommodation with shift schedule.
