About the role
Protect LemFi and its customers from fraud losses while ensuring products remain easy and safe to use. Investigate fraud alerts, handle reports, respond to chargebacks, and identify new fraud patterns.
What you’ll do
• Review and decide on fraud alerts and cases. • Investigate card funding fraud and account takeover. • Handle fraud reports from customers and partners. • Manage chargebacks and submit responses. • Spot emerging fraud trends and suggest controls.
What you’ll bring
• 1-3 years fraud experience in fintech, payments or bank. • Experience with card fraud, chargebacks, APP scams. • Handle fraud reports and recall requests. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Willingness to work shifts including weekends.
