About the role
Provide analytical and administrative support for organisation design, job evaluation, and workforce data administration. Maintain accurate records and deliver timely HR reports and workforce insights.
What you’ll do
• Support HR projects and organisational reviews. • Maintain organisational structures and position inventories. • Prepare reports on headcount and workforce metrics. • Analyse workforce data for planning and decision-making. • Support HR campaigns and organisational changes.
What you’ll bring
• 5 years relevant HR or analytical experience. • Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. • Familiarity with HR systems like HR4U and OrgPlus.
