About the role
Provide analyst support for health plan risk and quality reporting activities. Design and develop custom reports to support interventions and track outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Capture and document health plan quality reporting requirements. • Build custom reports and educate users. • Develop quality assurance reports for Medicaid, Marketplace, Medicare. • Conduct root-cause analysis for business data issues. • Collaborate on testing and upgrades of reporting modules.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years data analysis related to HEDIS or risk adjustment. • Experience with Microsoft T-SQL, Databricks SQL, Power BI. • Ability to write complex SQL queries and data design. • Strong business acumen and communication skills. • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop.
