About the role
The TechLine Analyst is the first point of contact for NBCU employees needing IT support, resolving issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role requires technical knowledge and strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
• Provide IT support via phone, chat, and tickets. • Resolve IT issues with break fix support. • Fulfill or triage customer requests. • Deliver exceptional customer service. • Identify process improvements and collaborate on projects.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years IT support experience with Windows, Mac OSX, Office 365. • Experience managing SLA targets. • Awareness of ITIL fundamentals. • Passionate about technology. • Suitable home work environment with strong internet.
