About the role
Lead anti-fraud operations for PalmPay's device installment business in Nigeria. Build and manage a multi-functional anti-fraud team.
What you’ll do
• Build and lead local anti-fraud team. • Conduct weekly case reviews and refine strategies. • Oversee investigation workflow for fraud cases. • Establish channel violation penalty framework. • Submit weekly reports to HQ and collaborate cross-functionally.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field. • 5+ years in anti-fraud or risk management. • Proficient in Excel and data analysis. • Nigerian national or valid work permit. • Experience managing teams of 10+ members.
