About the role
Manage accounts payable process for European and French entities. Handle vendor invoices, payments, and card reconciliations with automation opportunities.
What you’ll do
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and approvals. • Book invoices and batch payments. • Manage AP inbox daily. • Reconcile Pleo and Ramp card transactions. • Maintain vendor master data and AP documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in accounts payable or payment operations. • Experience with European entities preferred. • Proficient in Pleo and Ramp, automation skills a plus. • Fluent English and proactive communication. • Work mainly within CET business hours.
