About the role
Provide hands-on customer support for APAC market, handling refunds, subscriptions, and tickets. Ensure positive experiences for parents and students.
What you’ll do
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and chat. • Handle billing, subscriptions, and refunds. • Manage support tickets in CRM systems. • Troubleshoot and escalate complex cases. • Share insights to improve customer experience.
What you’ll bring
• Advanced or native English (C1/C2). • 6+ months Customer Support experience. • Hands-on CRM experience. • Smart, adaptive, and team player. • Available 12:00 to 21:00 Sydney time.
