About the role
Manage daily operations of apartments and guest services ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction. Supervise staff and oversee financial, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
What you’ll do
• Oversee daily apartment and guest service operations. • Supervise staff and manage schedules. • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints. • Manage inventory, procurement, and financial records. • Ensure maintenance, safety, and hygiene compliance.
What you’ll bring
• OND in hospitality or related field. • 1-2 years hospitality or facility operations experience. • Supervisory or management experience preferred. • Knowledge of inventory and financial record-keeping. • Strong communication and leadership skills.
