About the role
The Application Engineer Supervisor leads the PTS-Sanitary application engineering team, coordinating priorities and deliverables while providing coaching and technical guidance. The role also involves fulfilling application engineering responsibilities for assigned opportunities.

• Lead and coordinate daily workload and priorities. • Ensure compliance with company policies and governance. • Provide technical guidance and support to team members. • Review proposals and costing for accuracy and compliance. • Identify and implement workflow improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Experience in application engineering and project estimating. • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications. • Mechanical or chemical engineering degree or equivalent. • More than 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
