Application Engineer Supervisor PTS Sanitary

About the role
Lead and coordinate the PTS-Sanitary application engineering team, ensuring compliance and quality. Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical support while managing project deliverables and priorities.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate workload and priorities with Director of TOM – PTS. • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members. • Review proposals, costing, and documentation for accuracy. • Support adoption of new processes and governance. • Identify and implement workflow improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Mechanical or chemical engineering degree or equivalent. • 5+ years in Application Engineering or related fields. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
