About the role
Lead and grow the Application Security team, owning strategy and embedding security in development lifecycle. Manage senior engineers and scale AppSec alongside a fast-growing AI product organization.
What you’ll do
• Lead and grow AppSec team, manage hiring and career development. • Own AppSec strategy and roadmap with measurable outcomes. • Engage deeply on threat modelling and security architecture. • Define team operating rhythm and coordinate cross-team efforts. • Represent AppSec externally and align with broader Security function.
What you’ll bring
• Strong engineering background in application security. • Experience with Python, JavaScript, AWS/GCP, GitHub Actions. • Meaningful people management experience. • Led AppSec program in fast-growing SaaS or AI company. • Strong communicator across technical and leadership audiences.
