Application Support Analyst

About the role
Support, maintain, and troubleshoot business applications to ensure optimal performance and availability. Serve as a key link between users, technical teams, and vendors to resolve application issues.
What you’ll do
• Log, track, and manage support tickets per SLAs. • Monitor application availability and performance. • Perform SQL queries and database checks. • Provide first- and second-level application support. • Conduct user training and acceptance testing.
What you’ll bring
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills. • Knowledge of incident and change management. • Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow. • 2–4 years in application or IT support. • Bachelor's degree or HND in IT-related field.
