About the role
Build and ship AI-powered features to improve product experience and business outcomes. Own the full lifecycle from concept to production and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
• Build and ship AI agents serving real users. • Design evaluation harnesses and quality scoring. • Prototype, validate, deploy, monitor, and iterate AI capabilities. • Improve reliability, latency, and cost with caching and retry logic. • Write tools agents use including API integrations and search.
What you’ll bring
• Strong Python skills with production deployment experience. • Experience with LangChain/LangGraph or similar frameworks. • Hands-on with LLMs: prompt engineering, tool calling, evaluation. • Comfortable with async Python, HTTP APIs, streaming protocols. • Experience with data validation and schema design (Pydantic).
