About the role
Manage inbound lead pipelines and ensure prospective business owners book consultation calls with experts. Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups to optimize attendance and pipeline management.
What you’ll do
• Proactively reach out to inbound leads via email, phone, messaging. • Coordinate and confirm consultation calls with sales and advisory teams. • Manage scheduling logistics using Zoho Bookings. • Implement follow-up strategies to reduce no-shows. • Maintain accurate lead records using Zoho Bigin.
What you’ll bring
• Experience as Appointment Setter or Sales Development Representative. • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple follow-ups. • Familiarity with global company incorporation and business banking. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with Zoho Bigin and Zoho Bookings.
