About the role
Support Improvement Specialist Level 5 apprentices with virtual teaching, coaching, assessment, and preparation for Gateway and EPA. Deliver structured improvement methods to real workplace challenges.
What you’ll do
• Deliver virtual teaching and individual coaching. • Assess knowledge, skills and behaviours. • Guide apprentices through learner journey and EPA preparation. • Maintain accurate e-portfolio and progress records. • Work with employers and quality assurance colleagues.
What you’ll bring
• Substantial experience leading improvement initiatives. • Strong knowledge of structured improvement methods. • Teaching qualification Level 3 or above. • Level 3 assessor qualification. • Experience with apprenticeships and workplace learning.
