About the role
The Billing Analyst manages invoicing, analyzes revenue performance, and ensures billing accuracy for healthcare accounts. They support internal and external stakeholders and prepare month-end accounting close.
What you’ll do
• Process complex customer invoices accurately and timely. • Analyze billing data and generate management reports. • Interpret customer contracts for billing terms. • Maintain customer master data in ERP system. • Reconcile account statements and follow up on overdue balances.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 4-15 years accounting experience. • Strong Excel skills including XLOOKUP and pivot tables. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. • Experience with ERP software, preferably SAP.
