About the role
Drive collections efforts for PAYG products in the field and improve customer payments and satisfaction. Provide advice to align company offerings with end-user expectations.
What you’ll do
• Assess regional portfolio and repayment trends. • Conduct mystery market visits for sales quality insights. • Provide weekly updates to Sales and Risk teams. • Design and operationalize collection processes. • Work with teams to repossess products from delinquent customers.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in related fields. • At least 1 year field experience in collections. • Experience in Microfinance, Fintech, or banking credit collections. • Good communication and people skills. • Knowledge of territory is an advantage.
