About the role
Oversee outlet operations, drive sales performance, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality and service.
What you’ll do
• Ensure food quality, safety, hygiene, and customer service. • Monitor costs, inventory, stock usage, and wastage. • Manage staffing levels, attendance, and scheduling. • Supervise and evaluate outlet managers. • Prepare operational reports and support staff development.
What you’ll bring
• 3–5 years in QSR operations, preferably area management. • Bachelor's degree or HND in related field. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Knowledge of inventory, food safety, and operational controls. • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
