About the role
Drive PayGo phone sales and manage a network of commission-based agents within a defined area. Own agent recruitment, training, sales delivery, repayment quality, and inventory discipline.
What you’ll do
• Recruit and onboard new agents and influence existing agents. • Deliver monthly unit sales targets and drive agent productivity. • Coach on customer onboarding and manage collections quality. • Maintain agent stock and ensure compliance with policies. • Submit accurate weekly reports and enforce ethical practices.
What you’ll bring
• HND/BSc in Business-related field with 2+ years field sales experience. • Experience in PayGo, device financing, or agent networks. • Knowledge of assigned territory and trade routes. • Disciplined with data, reporting, and digital literacy. • Willingness to travel extensively within the area.
