About the role
Lead sales operations and expand market penetration across Lagos mainland and Abeokuta. Build and manage a high-performing sales network.
What you’ll do
• Expand product distribution and availability. • Drive territory sales growth and meet targets. • Prepare performance reports and implement corrective actions. • Recruit and supervise Community Sales Representatives. • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
What you’ll bring
• Willingness to travel extensively. • 3–5 years sales and marketing experience. • Bachelor's Degree or HND in related field. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Strong knowledge of Lagos and Abeokuta markets.
