About the role
Lead sales operations and expand market penetration across South East Nigeria. Build and manage a high-performing sales network in Enugu, Ebonyi, Aba, and Umuahia.
What you’ll do
• Build relationships with distributors and retailers. • Drive territory sales growth and meet targets. • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies. • Recruit and supervise Community Sales Representatives. • Prepare performance reports and implement corrective measures.
What you’ll bring
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Experience in territory sales and team leadership. • Willingness to travel extensively. • Bachelor's Degree or HND in related field. • 3–5 years FMCG or consumer goods sales experience.
