About the role
Lead the visual identity and art direction for Brightrock Games' current production, Kaiju Cleanup. Mentor artists and ensure cohesive art across all disciplines within production schedules.
What you’ll do
• Define and own the art vision with style guides and milestones. • Lead and mentor artists across disciplines and seniority levels. • Hire and onboard new team members as needed. • Collaborate with Creative, Game Design, Production, Technical, and Marketing teams. • Maintain art quality while balancing schedule and budget constraints.
What you’ll bring
• Portfolio showing art direction on shipped PC/console title. • Knowledge of concept, character, environment art and VFX. • Proficient with Photoshop, Blender or 3ds Max, Substance suite, Unity basics. • Strong eye for composition, colour, and lighting. • Experience managing or mentoring artists with constructive feedback.
