About the role
Lead and support inventory compliance, reconciliation, financial reporting, and process automation activities. Oversee inventory scheduling, data validation, compliance monitoring, and provide leadership to Store Operations Analysts.
What you’ll do
• Manage inventory scheduling and coordination with Replenishment. • Provide technical support and resolve inventory file discrepancies. • Develop and maintain Microsoft workflow and reporting solutions. • Research and respond to audit inquiries on inventory data. • Provide leadership and training to Store Operations Analysts.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years in asset protection, inventory control, or compliance. • 2+ years leading or training teams. • Strong knowledge of inventory controls and reconciliation. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools.
