About the role
Support the Electrical Manager to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of electrical systems. Coordinate maintenance, projects, and shift teams to minimize downtime and maximize plant availability.
What you’ll do
• Set standards for calibration, testing, and refurbishment. • Coordinate rapid troubleshooting and repair. • Conduct root cause analysis on repeat failures. • Support Electrical Planners in spare parts specifications. • Supervise Third Party Contractors and ensure safety compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. • Minimum 6 years postgraduate experience. • Good knowledge of kiln and mill computer systems. • Basic knowledge of automation. • Good knowledge of electrical and instrumentation in cement plants.
