About the role
Support origination and execution of corporate finance, project finance, infrastructure, and capital markets transactions. Prepare financial models, valuations, and advisory materials for clients and senior management.
What you’ll do
• Build financial models and valuations for M&A and capital raises. • Prepare investment memoranda and pitch materials. • Execute project finance and infrastructure transactions. • Coordinate due diligence and transaction documentation. • Develop relationships with clients and investors.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related. • 5-7 years experience in investment banking or asset management. • Minimum three completed capital raising or M&A transactions. • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills. • Knowledge of Nigerian capital markets and regulations.
